Shipping for orders under $75 is a flat rate of $8.  For orders over $75 shipping is free.  There is no surcharge for rural deliveries.

Shipping is to a single NZ-based address only.

Free pickup is available during our regular store hours or by appointment. Select Free Pickup at checkout if you would like to pickup your order.

We do not ship internationally from our online store.  If you are from outside of New Zealand and want to buy then get in touch (inga@ingaford.com) and we will quote shipping for you.

We work hard to make sure you order gets to you as quickly as possible.  Orders received before 1:30pm will be sent the same day where possible.  Some complicated orders may take an extra day. 

We ship your orders via NZPost or the Courierpost network depending on size and complexity.  When your order is completed we will send a shipping confirmation email which will include a link back to your account details where a tracking number is available.
