Email is a great option if it isn’t super urgent. If you need a quote for a custom order or international shipping then email is great because it gives me time to consider my answer more carefully. We aim to get back to you within 4 hours. There is a handy form at the bottom of this page to quickly send an email directly to us.

If you have a time-sensitive question sometimes the best way to get your answer is to pick up the phone. Please be aware that due to the messy nature of the job we cannot always answer your call. If you call and we don’t answer then send a quick text either asking your question, or asking for a callback, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Pop in and see us at 36 Balaclava St, Wyndham

The soap shop is open from 2-5pm Tuesday and Thursday and from 11-3pm on Saturdays. If you are local and these hours don’t suit you then you can always make an appointment (via email or phone/text) for a time that does suit.
